Test and Inspection

We offer complete visual and load testing services for synthetic, wire rope and chain slings. We will also perform NDT Testing for pad-eyes, hooks, mounts, critical welds and more, and can provide complete re-inspection and certification for lifting gear and rigging when needed, either in house or on site.

We conduct testing and inspections in both in-house and on-site by using the below equipments:

• digital caliper

• horizontal and vertical tensile testing machines

• magnaflux crack detector

• hardness tester

Equipments can be used and calibrated by highly trained and certified personnel.

An inspection will be prepared by us for the items inspected. All "passed" items will be proof tested, tagged and returned with a proof test certificate. Any item failed at inspection can be dealt with as per your request. Upon completion, a full inspection report listing all of the items will be made to present the detailed inspection result.
